INTRODUCTION:
We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as Ashwin Marine Services Pvt Ltd, a Shipping company dealing in Marine Man Power supply, Ship Repairs & Supply of Spares, Ship Agency, Husbanding and Brokerage. The company is headed by the undersigned that has an on board sailing experience on Foreign Going vessels for almost a decade. Our Office is located in the prime area of Mumbai.
Ashwin Marine Services was established in Dec/1998 to provide services to Indian Shipping Companies in the year 2000 the company was restructured to cope up with the increasing demand from Foreign as well as Indian shipping company. Thus apart from Manning Ashwin Marine Services had established a reputation in providing all the above services to the Maritime Industry.
Mr. Ranvir Singh founder of Ashwin Marine Services had articulated a company Policy in which professionalism, dedication, continuous improvement and customers satisfaction as main motto of the company.
Guided by the above Policy the company renders full manning management services to Ship Owners / Managers for safe manning of their Deep-sea vessels as well port marine crafts. AMS had handled vessels in the range of supply vessel/tugs to VLCC/ULCC.
Our all seafarers and each of them well qualified and dedicated in their own field they always eager to provide uncompromising highest quality service to the entire satisfaction of the customers.
For the last 8 years we have developed a flexible and fruitful relationship with our clients and always satisfied them even at the cost of sacrificing to some extend the company’s profit.

1. MANNING
We have on our roaster a vast number of experience skilled and semi skilled marine officers and ratings that are very well conversant with the functional procedures and practices governed by the IMO/ILO conventions covering STCW 95, SOLAS including ISM Code etc.
We also have on our roaster marine personnel working in inland waters. They are well versed with marine industries operation and have already served in a similar type of project.
As we operate from Mumbai, we have attracted energetic and trustworthy Officers and Crew for placement on our client’s ships. Prior to the selection of a candidate on our roaster, exhaustive screening is done, certification authenticity is checked and character/ professional quality is verified from previous employer. Thus we offer good qualified and dedicated personnel to our principals.
We also undertake training of fresh candidates on behalf of our clients and had provided them with well-qualified and dedicated certified trainees who are now sailing as reputed seafarers on our client’s ships.
Our manning activities extended beyond shipping industry to various oilfields. We had successfully supplied manpower to various Rigs and Platforms at Bombay High Oilfields covering Technical Department as well as Catering Services.

2. SHIP REPAIRS & SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS.
It is one of our prestigious services which we offer to our principals whenever their ship calls at Indian Port. Our associate company had a repair team of experts in which each individual is specialist in his own field and had undertaken many a challenging repair jobs and had completed them in the most efficient manner and to the entire satisfaction of the Master/Chief Engineer of Ships. We had also undertaken maintenance and repair of ONGC offshore platforms and Rigs.
Repair work could never be completed in time unless and until the required spares are made available; keeping this in mind we had established a reliable cost effective network through which the flow of supply and spares are made available to our clients in the most efficient manner and needless to mention at economic rates.
In such circumstances owner’s produce query for second hand spares, to fulfill the desires of such owners we have our contacts at Alang, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar and Mumbai the biggest scrap yards of India.
3. SHIP AGENCY, HUSBANDING AND BROKERAGE.
Whenever a ship visits a port tedious paper work had to be done for the smooth clearance and operation of the vessel. This paper work varies as per the local law of individual countries. Much occasion improper paperwork had delayed the operation of ships and had attracted demurrage/losses on owners/charterers. Ashwin Marine Services being local company is well aware of the local Customs/Emigration law and had a reputation of providing prompt services to the vessels of our principal in Mumbai/JNPT Port
Apart from Husbanding the vessel AMS also provide Cargo/Ship brokerage to our valuable clients. A client may need a ship to buy, (for trading or scrap) as well as a shipper may be looking for a suitable ship for his cargo to be delivered under safety parameters standred all these Services are provided under one roof. We also under take delivery contract of scrap ships.
4. COMPLETE MANAGEMENT AND DELEVERY OF DEMOLITION SHIPS.
